With Norton Internet Security's firewall enabled should I leave the XP firewall enabled, or would that be an unneeded program running?

The XP security center shows that the AntiVirus status is unknown. Norton 2002 has a subscription for another nine months and has up-to-date definitions (08/31/04). Do you know if this is a known bug regarding Norton 2002 and SP2, or something that can be ignored. For now I have checked the box saying that I will monitor my own AV and do not want windows to do it.
