http://free.hostdepartment.com/c/cool_Billa/mtk.html keeps pooping up when my computer loads and my programs will not get rid of the problem... I also have been having problems with a system process that makes my cpu % jump to 100% usage and I am not running that many things. There are 40 processes in my task manager and there are some I do not recongize please help.

I just had to redo my computer and as soon as windows comes up for the first time I get attacked...And from then on things have been going bad...I dont know what else to do to get rid of the spyware or whatever is messing up my computer.
