Ok, I have mcafee installed and updated. I keep getting alert popups saying downloader-ex or dowloader-IM has been detected and deleted. I run scans and it finds all sorts of stuff, but as soon as its removed its back in full force within seconds...without dpoing anything. I assume a service of some sort is running and keeps reinstralling it? How can I stop this and find out what keeps reinstalling these??? I've even tried stopping the system restore and running a scan. oh and my home page keeps changing to windowws.cc
PLEASE HELP! I am spending more time responding to mcafee alerts and trying reset my homepage then doing other things.
