I need serious help. I downloaded mcafee because there were virus(s) on my computer that norton could not get rid of. After i installed the program my computer froze, and i thought 'no big deal just too much to handle' so i restarted, but when i boot up a mcafee install screen comes up (even though its been installed) and it opens a program called Survey which immediately freezes, i only have until all the icons on my system tray finish loading and then the computer just freezes, and i have no idea how to fix this! Someone please help me!
