Graphics converter problem..still

mikeyb - I did exactly what you said to do: Found a .jpg file, held the left shift key down, right clicked on the .jpg file, chose 'Open With' then scrolled down to the package (that used to recognize .jpgs), clicked on it (once), clicked on OK & the program opened only to display the message 'Format not found'...now what?
