I have perfect keylogger on my computer installed from an outside source. I think runescape (kids). My outlook express keeps sending email messages to an emial address at hotpop.com. I have seen the info it is sending, passwords and such. We try to intercept the message everytime Norton scans it when going out. It tells me that the file is perfect keylogger. Is there any way to get rid of this thing?? Adaware keeps getting it but it comes back. Is there any way to get rid of outlook express ( Don't use it) or block this address from outgoing emails? Is there any software I can buy to get rid of this??? Help I am frustrated.
