DW caused an invalid fault

Whenever I log on whether it be IE or OE I get the following message.
dw caused an invalid fault in dw.exe at 0167:0043bflc
I have scanned everything with ad aware but this does not solve the problem.
Can anyone help

Use this program to fix & then get an add free version of whatever program you find dos'nt work anymore .
It could be Kazza .
