Ad trojan screwing w/ my Internet Explorer - help!

Hi everyone, hope someone can help.

I installed this dialer program to help me access this low-cost mobile internet connection provider.

After that, I now realize how they subsidize their cheap cost - they have installed something in my system that has changed my IE.

How? Everytime I run IE, or a new page, it will background-download images and files from other commercial sites. Most times, nothing shows up cos i think IE has somehow blocked them (and i see it loading or trying to load at the bottom bar of IE), but sometimes, new pages will pop up.

I just cannot get rid of this!!

I have done the following:

1. Uninstalled the dialer program

2. Used Advanced Uninstaller program to clean up my Startup/Run list so that the startup is very clean.

3. Tried uninstalling IE (which just doesn't seem to uninstall completely - like after uninstalling, it still runs the next time I reboot windows) and reinstalling the latest IE version.

It seems to have latched on to IE somehow but I just can't figure out how to get rid of it.

Please don't make me have to re-install Windows from scratch!

Any help would be most appreciated!!

Thanks lots in advance.
