I did a clean disk tonight because my wife is complaining that her computer is running slow. Among other things (all fixed) got message that she had "Bloodhound.Exploit.6" virus and Norton could not remove it. Got any suggestions. I have looked for a way to contact Norton but haven't found that avenue yet. Thanks
