My daughter has a problem with badurlgrandstreetinteractive.com.

First, as prviously described by others who have been infected, it has taken over IE, such that not only can nothing be displayed on the browser, but no settings can be changed either. (Menu items do not appear when selected.) I can change properties only by clicking on the program icon.

This computer has no spyware or adaware programs installed. It cannot connect to the internet or to other computers on our LAN (small network of 5 computers).

Is there a way to manually remove this virus or spyware or whatever it is? (At least so I can access the internet and download something.) I can't seem to find any way to correct the problem without using SpyBot or Hijack This, neither of which are easily available, since I can't download them.

Thanks for any assistance anyone can provide!

Anti-SpyWare: none
Anti-Virus: Norton
Browser: IE
Firewall: yes
OS: WinXP
