Upon signing into hotmail.. it begins to load up my hotmail inbox and the such...then it stops loading says in the bottom left-hand cornor that it's done and leaves me with a blank screen, no error messages or anything.

Iv'e scanned for viruses found one that norton until a few days ago didn't even knew existed, managed to remove it.... Iv'e scanned for adaware using 2 different programs, they both found different spyware/adware etc i removed all that.

I also read up where some1 had the same problem and it was due to them changing security settings in IE so i managed to obtain some1's security settings and re-configured mine accordingly...they were pretty much spot on almost.

Iv'e emptied my IE cache upon a mediator boards suggestion and now im at a lost to what else could be causing hotmail to act this way.

Iv'e contacted the hotmail tech support and they said they accessed it fine and that they didn't know their was a problem with their servers....that's all the help i got from them.

Iv'e downloaded HijackThis! after reading one of the posts here that suggested it and it worked for some1 else...so now i just need help analysing this data.

formating isn't an option as i have 2 hard-drives and am unsure of all the files pertaining to each individual who uses this computer.
