Here is the situation. My computer has spyware on it (duh).
I have used spybot s&d to remove said spyware but every time I do my dell AIO a940 stops working and I can’t even reinstall it, in fact all the printers are gone, and when I hit the link to install a new printer all I get is an error. As a result I have had to do system rollback to get it working.

Today I downloaded ad-aware, when ever I run it I get a "NT SERVICES" shutdown timer, and it never completes

In my start up I did find this file "kernel32.dli" (I disabled it but that has not helped, except to free up memory)
