Trojans-- Qoologic.A and Ruledor.E

Hi,
I’m wondering if someone can help me out with a couple of trojans and some malware. I’ve been running Spybot, Adaware, RAV antivirus (on-line), Trojan Remover, and Norton AV.
It seems that after Spybot and Adaware delete the malware (Virtual Bouncer, DSO Exploit, and Ad Rotator) from the registry, they reappear after I reboot, perhaps through these trojans detected by RAV: Win32/Qoologic.A and Win32/Ruledor.E. (see scan report below.) Trojan Remover did not detect these 2 programs, although it did remove a different one (Wovax.exe), and RAV can’t delete them.
So, my questions are: A) Are these 2 trojans reinstalling the other malware at boot-up? and, B) How do I get rid of them and all the malware permanently. None of this seems to affect performance as long as I keep scanning and deleting them.
Thanks! --Derek, Missoula, MT. OS: Windows XP, Browser: IE6.0.

PS: Norton AV seems basically worthless. It’s detected nothing since I’ve owned it, even though I update the virus defs weekly!
