Could anyone please help me.
When i connect to the internet my dialup connection receives data at about 6kb per second but sends info at about 1kb. It sends info when i change webpages. when i use my download manager and when i use yahoo messenger. i cant work out where this information is going and its driving me bonkers! what info is being sent? is there any way to block outgoing info? or any good freeware programs that show me exactly where that info is going? do all pc's sent out info when connected or do i have some sort of problem?
all t5he online cscans and test i have run say my computer is safe and all ports are on full stealth mode and i have no security flaws so what is sending this information? please help because the only thing i can think of doing is reinstalling windows and feck i dont want to go through all that hassle!
