I'm having a problem removing Backdoor.trojanhorse from my pc. I'm running Windows 2000 sp4, and have NAV CE 7.5. I got NAV Corporate Edition from my office last year, and it picked up that Backdoor.trojanhorse is on my system. NAV will not quaratine, fix or nor delete the file. I cannot rename or delete the file. I've tried running in safe mode, and deleting the file. I can't find the file while running in DOS mode.
C:\windows\system32\mscsdai.dll
I have used Spybot S&D, and A2 (A Squared 2). Nothing works!!! Help!!!
