Two Rundll32's running at same time How do I fix this? I have taken care of the newdotnet problem, but this is sapping my resources.
Any help would be appreciated.

start>programs>accessories>systemtools>systeminformation>toolsMenu>systemconfigurationutility>startupTAB> then unclick one of the Rundll32's i'v had an infected rundll before, and had to find a new one. There seems to be a lot of rundll problems on these boards. I think it's needed for powermanagementschemes or something. at one point I had it shutoff completely. My firewall picked it up (zonealarm is very good btw) and I have it blocked from accessing the net.
