hey, I've had this problem for a week or so now, i've got a virus/worm/trojan that brings up dozens of help files every time i try and bring up a program window, anyone know what this is? i've reformatted 7 times, switch to the NFTS file system, tried a firewall, tried norton 2002, and none of this worked, infact the firewall just made it worse
