Alice and Cyndi, most online games stay online... you have to log into their site to play. What components are installed on your computer from pogo.com, and what problems are you experiencing? We can't help you if you don't describe your problem in more detail.

hey all im having the same problem. it was ok on my comp. untill i moved it into another room with all of the other computers i work on. it did that to me then so i thought it was the computer. so i just logged onto P0G0 on another computer. now the one i used to play on is oding that same thing. i cant figure it out. ive searched. uninstalled and reinstalled stuff about 20 times and i am still ahving this problem if someone does not ehlp me soon i will go crazy! i asked some of my friends if they have this problem and some of them do too. by the looks of it it isnt just us. there are alot of people with this problem. now everyone is posting what the problem is but no one is posting the answer. will someone please help me, my friends and the rest of these people that are looking for answers? thanks alot! My Computer Locks up or reboots when I try to load a game
Answer
If your computer is locking up or rebooting (restarting) when you try to load a game, it is probably due to the networking card in your computer. Linksys, NetGear and some SMC brand Networking cards have compatibility issues with many of P0G0's games. All three brands are very common, and frequently are distributed by Cable Modem/DSL providers. If you're connected to the Internet via DSL, Cable Modem, or through a home network, chances are good that one of these cards is installed in your computer.
Our suggestion is to try downloading and installing the Java Virtual Machine from Sun Microsystems (this is different from the one from Microsoft). This has fixed the problem for many of our users who had this problem, and it may work for you. Here's how to get Sun's Java VM:
- Go to http://java.sun.com/webapps/getjava/BrowserRedirect?locale=en
- Follow the directions listed on that page for installation
- Restart your computer before trying to play again
Unfortunately, if this doesn't work for you, the only resolution we have left to offer is to replace the Linksys or NetGear Networking card with one from another brand like 3Com or D-Link.

Make sure you're not blocking ads or you won't get in. Check your hosts file (win xp at C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc ). open it with notepad, make sure it only says:

Hi , Can someone please help ...i joined club P0G0 ..and palyed for 2 week's fine ..then all of a suden it wont let me play i tried to get in many game's but the page just stay's on game loading ...i checked my Java , Cashes , i even read to down load sun Java and i did still dont work ..i even reinstalled my microsoft OS still didnt work ...i want my P0G0o ..lol im missing my badge's , also i was told to download netscape i did and still get a game loading page page ... im lost dont knowwhat to do ...thanks for u help ..please email if u can help ...ty

I have uninstalled java ane reinstalled it still to no avail. I can go to my neighbors computer and play just fine so I know its my IP address. P0G0 not loading into the room you choose
Ok People im here to solve the mystery of the non loading P0G0 games and everything related to it. I had the same problem for 3 months. This is all related to your windows programme. If you have your java installed and it still doesnt work ,take your computer to a technician and tell him what is happening. If he is knowledgeable he will fix it. you cant uninstall it. Find a good techician tell him your windows is screwed up. This is the problem . This was my problem for 3 months. It cost me $40. to fix it. Well worth the money to leave the frustration behind.. Keep shopping arround until a technician tells you you got a windows problem.. good luck

Hey i can get into P0G0 and then join a room then sit down but than after that i get the blue screen of death with an error than i hit any key to return to windows and that after that i close up P0G0 and i try to get back on the net and it says cannot detect internet connection i restart my comp and i'm back on the net..this is very annoying i have java download and still no P0G0 anyone know what i can do..
