WOW...I'm in need of major help! Where to begin?.

First off, I just bought a new system less than 2 months ago with Windows XP and I've been cursed with the www.your-searcher.com

homepage hijack.

And (seemingly) as a result, every time I shut down my computer I get a "Program Not Responding" message for some program called,

"Win Min" which I can't find ANYWHERE on my CPU.

Then later, I started having another homepage sporaticly with the URL address of "about:blank" which has no title or "name" but plenty of

search options for the usual hi-jacked stuff. When I click on any of the links, (for example, "Auto Insurance") it then takes me to
http://count.cc/xnrm.php?pin=1&ww=auto+insurance

I started noticing strange .dll files in my Windows\System32 folder after looking at the Hi-Jack-This logs. The CPU wouldn't let me delete

them because it said they were in use. I could, however, change the name of the .dll, restart my CPU and then delete them. And I would

be back to the your-searcher.com home page. But everytime I do, within a day or so, another funky .dll is back in my System32 folder,

and this other (count.cc) start page is back. (IE-this time, its dnm.dll)

I've run Nortons, Ad-Aware, CWShredder and Hi-Jack-This.

One More Thing---I'm not constantly getting error messages saying the system is too busy to open certain programs, as simple as IE

Explorer. I'm also getting the "out of memory, please close some programs/free up some memory, etc..." message for simple tasks like

that too after my CPU has been on for a few hours. I KNOW this can't be. I have TONS of memory, a nice system and don't really have

much running in the background. On purpose at least.

I run Zone Alarm (which hasn't seemed to help at ALL!) And that's it. I'm sure there is much more. But I don't know what's good or bad on

XP, I'm used to old school! (98+) And I don't know how to remove items from startup.

I know this is a lot of help to ask, but I'm begging!!! And its very hard to type while on my knees! lol

THANK YOU VERY MUCH in advance for any help you can give!

Sincerely,
Matthew
