I have this problem since yesterday.
Everytime I boot up, there are automatically multiple (4 to 5) instances of IExplore running. (I can see this in the Alt-Ctrl-Del pop-up box. Even if I "End Task" each it restarts another set.
The only pgm that is new in "Startup" is a pgm called "Netdb". But even if I uncheck and reboot it keeps popping back in again.

Net result, computer is terribly slow ( I am assuming because of these multiple instances of IExplore running in the background).

BTW if I unplug the Cable Modem connection (before booting) this does not happen, but it starts as soon as I connect it back on.

Am not sure if this is a new virus ? some internal problem ?
Can somebody please help ?
