Unremovable Spyware/Adware, cannot type in browser

i've been trying to get rid of some adware/spyware stuff that somehow got on my pc.They prevent me from typing onto my browser and from closing my browser. Adaware will remove them (except for one) and the computer will be fine for awhile. However, when i restart the computer on another day or time, all the same adware/spyware comes back onto the pc, and i have to continue using Adaware each time. How do i permanently get rid of these catastrophic adwares? Please help.
