When I boot my computer up (these messages just started happening about a month ago), I get the following messages: "The drive or network connection that the shortcut BCD_Setup.Ink refers to is unavailable.. blah, blah.." The second: Pop3trap-"Unable to establish a socket for TCPport 110 used by Internet Mail Scan to listen to incoming connection requests. Internet Mail Scan is unavailable." And the third: Can not connect callwave at this time" As for the third message, I have deleted the files for callwave, and I don't know why it comes on anyway.. The first two messages, well, I have no clue... Any help will be appreciated... thanks.

pop3trap is part of your pc-cillin anti virus program reinstall pc-cillin and update it, bcd seems to be b-cdbuilder program which i cant see the use for or it could be mosearch or stoolbar suggest you update spybot search and destroy and run it. As for callwave you said you deleted it if you meant that you removed it thru add/remove programs in control panel fine if you simply deleted files then you've got a little work to do. post back

I got pc-chilling updated, and that message is gone now, I just deleted the shortcut bcd_setup link cus it wasn't even working. I went to find files, and just deleted it that way. As for the callwave message, when I click on it's help link, it says "can not run callwave without uninstall information ( or something to that effect.). Thanks for your help.

so your still getting messages regarding callwave even after removing it properly. Some times poorly written programs leave all sorts of junk on peoples computers.
In windows explorer locate start menu/start up folder to see if there is a shortcut to callwave in there, if there is delete it.
I would suggest a registry cleaner to clear references to callwave in the registry, get one with minimal bells and whistles from a site that provides good reviews like c/net's download.com or webattack.com.

BCD_Setup.Ink
When I restart my computer, the following message appears; "The drive or network connection that the shortcut BCD_Setup.Ink refers to is unavailable".

Please advise as to how this error may be corrected.

Thank you!
