hi...having trouble reading/viewing some documents received..i have wordpad on my windows me (i can read my completed documents on my p.c. and on other net sites where i've sent them) following some 'net advice'i downloaded a 'free word viewer 9717'..now what do i do with it?...any help for this 'computer illiterate' would be greatly appreciated..thanks..lz

Ok so you've downloaded it, right click it and scan it for virus. then double click it to install.
Once its installed open it and and you'll probably see a 'file' button ontop press it and select 'open', then find one of the word docets you couldn't view before and open it. If the viewer is what you were looking for you will now be able to view it.If not check the programs help files.

Using Microsoft Publisher 2000, tried to import a WORD file made in Word 2002. This generated the error mswrd832.
is there anybody who knows how to solve this?

Every time i try to open wordpad or any .doc file i get the message that mswrd832.cnv module and wordpad will now close. I cannot open any .doc files without this program Help.
