mystery file on c drive

My computer recently was infected with some viruses. I cleaned most everything with anti-virus anti-malware. There is one remaining suspicious folder with a long garbage name (1cf02f4bd9c3d020a1bdf3f86ea919) which holds another file "SP2" that remains on my c drive that none of the anti-virus software seems to acknowledge. I don't know what it is. It's apparently empty but it wont allow me to access or delete or move or do anything to it.
What is this? Is it something to be concerned about? How can I get rid of it?
Sorry if this is stupid question but it's driving me nuts.

what is the exact path to this SP2 file, is it empty or are the contents just hidden. right click/properties will show size. It is peobably 'service pack 2' for your operating system an is legit.

Thanks for the reply. I believe you're right about the service pack. I'd forgotten that I aborted a Dell software update not too long ago. That's probably where the folder came from.
My computer still won't let me delete the empty folder but I definitely feel less concerned. Thanks again!
