most programs i try to run cause a invalid page fault in kernal32.dll even internet explorer sometimes. it will freeze up every now and then, does anyone know the problem?

I get this error when I try to open MSN Messebger and hotmail Help Please. I also have OLEDLG.DLL and it say definitions.ex is missing. that is in the Libary
