W32/Sddrop.worm.c!p2p (heelp pliz)

guys, i have recently been having problems with McAfee, its keep giving a message of acces denied, and appears a virus called W32/Sddrop.worm.c!p2p, it appears like every 1 min or so, i need help pliz, real quick.
I read the other threat regarding this problem 2, but i need to know what to do in Windows 2000 Professional.
I would apreciate it very much.

I'm not familiar with windows2000. However I believe system restore is specific to ME or XP.
The reason you cannot access the file is that it is in use. You must terminate the process first.
