if i play games or internet... it will stop responding, i mean all and i need to on/off my pc. but i dont know what happend .. i i play something .. it will stuck or crash ... anytime it will. please help me

what are your computer specs? Do you have other programs running at the same time you play games? Delete your cookies and files in temp int files thru int options , run scandisc and defragment regularily.Increase your ram.
