Recover an AVI file

11/04/03 		I deleted 2 AVI files last night. They went into my Norton Protected Recycle Box. I also deleted them from there!

I cannot find the 2 files using Norton Utilities.

Is it possible to get these files back? I have lots of disk space available.

I'm using XP PRO

11/04/03 		if you havn't restarted to often since deleting them you should be able to recover them with a program called
PC Inspector File Recovery
you may also try to restor your system to a previous date . This is done thru start/programs/system tools/system recovery
