I need help identifing what this virus is. I used a online antivirus program that identifed this. It said: Scanning memory...
c:\Cabs\Printers\Usbclean\USBClean.exe - Trojan Dropper: Win32/Extractor-> Infected
Viruses found: 1
Suspecious files: 0
Disinfected files: 0
Infected files: 1
I have Norton running on my computer that did not detect this. I believe that the other detector may be correct because I have no Windows uninstall option in my add/remove programs.
If this is truly, a virus I need to know which one it is so that I can get rid of it. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Which online virus scanner did you use? It is possible that it is a false positive. If you used Housecall, then try running Panda Active Scan. If it was Panda you used, then try running Housecall, and see if you get the same results. Donna

TrojanDropper:Win32/Extractor -> Infected
DONNA, The free online scan I used was the one my ISP uses. I tried both the Housecall and Panda like you said and neither found anything. Now I have another issue you may know what it is. When I am surfing the net sometimes my screen goes blue with the following message:
An error has occurred. To continue: Press enter to return to windows, or press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart your computer. If you do this, you will lose any unsaved information in all the open applications. Error: OE : 0028 : 002 Press any key to continue_
I have tried this and it doesn't work. It just freezes and I have to turn off the power to start over. This has happened many times and I don't think it is good to have to shut down this way to start over. Any clue on this one???
