C:\progra~1\newdot~\newdot~1.dll Comes up when I turn the computer on. I can't run norton antivirus or pestpatrol. What the heck is this? Please help.

Jack its crapware.
Removing it improperly WILL result in problems.

Also be careful with Pestpatrol. Their online scan is known for giving
many false positives. Meaning they will tell you that you have stuff
on your machine that you don't have. This could be a simple mistake
or gosh, maybe it is all part of a plot to sell you the removal tool? hmmmm?
