PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME, i cant change the home page in internet explorer and it always redirectetcs me to these different garbage sites like lose weight and pop up defense,, please help!!

Apache:
Could be any one of hundredsof pieces of crapware. Do this:
Run CW-shredder you get it here:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html
Then if you still have the problem use either Spybot Search and Destroy or adaware.
