How do I get rid of this virus. I have noticed that I cannot get my scanner to work and everytime I start up my computer an error message comes up. I have the norton virus scan and I have auto protect but cant seem to get rid of what ever this is . Any information will be greatly appreciatec

Jenny, if you're talking about Newdot.net, it is spyware that needs to be removed. Go to "Control Panel" in "Add/Remove Programs" and look if you can spot it there. If so, remove it. Whether you found it or not, you will still need to run SpyBot Search&Destroy or Ad-Aware6 to remove it completely.

Hi i am Joan Hall.I have trouble with Newdot Net.Dont really know what New Dot Net is.I like to download Wallpaper from Theme Heaven.But after installing it ihave to uninstall New Dot Net. If i wait to restart my pc , then when i do i cannot use my internet. I comes up this page can not be displayed. Uninstall New Dott NET then restart your browers. Dont Delite first with uninstalling or when u restart your pc it will come up cannot find New Dot Net thats when your internet will come on but your browers paage will not load up.Thank You Sincerly Joan Hall.
