hi guys i have a big fat problem: i had that c-media crap onboard soundcard and everything worked normally (except microphone of course) and now i buyed the muse 5.1 gamesurround soundcard and the only thing i saw that worked were the wave files... theres no sound at the games (absolutely no sound) and if i want to play mp3s it plays but the sound doesnt come out.. i have win 98se und i just did format c: and at an other thread about the c-media crap they wrote i should deactivate it in bios
btw. when i install my lan driver the windows loading screen at booting needs weird long but the processor isnt working in that time :/

i got rid of it, my soundcart driver is not really win98se compatible and is built on c-media (eek) and to my btw: its normal if u have static lan connection (i have adsl)
