3) Has anything changed? (Does the system seem to take longer to boot, to connect, or to display a picture, ect...)
4) Has any hardware or software been added?
5) Did anyone else have access to the system?
6) Where is this happening? Does it happen in one program or more than one?
7) Is there an error message? If so, what is it EXACTLY?
8) Does this happen every time or is it intermittent?
9) Aside from the problem, is everything else working properly?
10) Is the system networked or attached to another system?
11) Are there environmental concerns that may be affecting the system? (Electric motors, florescent lights, fish tanks, power stations, broadcast towers, heavy-duty power lines, construction equipment or construction in progress can cause issues with the computer systems.)
