at start-up computer hang in a black screen just after W98 logo flash. when "secondary ide controller (dual fifo)" is disabled, it can start-up ok. but then the CD & CD-RW cant be recognized or used.(DUH?) also, it wont shutdown either, it keeps restarting even when i select "shutdown" and "OK". it shutsdown momentarily and turns back ON as if "restart" was selected. can someone pls help me with this one, thanks in advance.
