. Hello; I'm a new player here. I'm seeking some help in the how-to area. I don't know alot about computer, but I'm wanting to learn.I usually read and don't post. (afraid of asking dumb questions)

This week I was given 18 computers.(IBM 300XL,350) My dad works at a factory and had to dispose of them. I'm a packrat so I took them. Well,11 of them will bootup;however, they are password protected. Would someone guide me of how to disable the password.Would someone help? (all 18 computers have wiin98 and have been on a network) if it helps.Thank you.

Here goes...
Turn on power.

After the bootup process, a message box comes up.
MICROSOFT WINDOWS NT WORKSTATION 4.0

In front of this message box is...
BEGIN LogoN Crl+alt+del

This is far as I get. Would someone help.

just for your info, the machines do not have win98 on them, they have Win NT4. I wouldent even bother trying to bypass the security, -NT4 would be crap as a home OS. I would rebuild machines with your Win98 cd. Remember to delete the NTFS partition and create a primary Fat32 partition instead.

Regards
