f you have Windows XP, make sure that you are logged in as the Administrator/Owner or that your account has full administrator access. If you are not certain, contact the manufacturer of your PC.
Next, search the hard drive for the file "housetemp.iff". To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Click start
2. Click search (or find)
3. Click "All files and folders"
4. In the space provided type the following: housetemp.iff
5. Click on "search".
6. If an entry comes up, Right click the file, and choose "delete". Be sure the file listed is named Housetemp.iff.
If you do not find this file, or if the previous steps do not resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
Make sure to turn off the Export HTML feature. To do this, you need to go into the in game options by pressing (F5) or clicking on the icon resembling three periods in a row. Once in the options you will need to click on the icon for game options and then uncheck the option for Export HTML.
