Try to open excel.Computer lockes, blue screen comes up fatel exception oe at 016f:bff9dfff. Reboot everything else works fine. Try to open again same thing. Hit crt, alt, del. Another fatel exception oe at 016f:bff744fe won't reboot. Have to kill power. Have tried maintense no help. Running windows 98 with a office 2000 upgrade for the last 8 mounths. Uninstalled 2000 reinstalled no help. But new warning Excel caused general protection fault in module USER. EXE at 0006:005614. Checked hard drive space have 4.23 gb free. HELP!!
