figured it out!
I had a directory structure that was too long in my shared folder.
I had copied windows xp into a folder in my shared folder. Every time i ran kazza it would cause a Kernel_Stack_Inpage_Error. Once i deleted this folder everything was fine.

That's what i get for overclocking.
Un-overclocked my system and now it works great again.
lol i'm such a newb..
