Having some serious problems mabye u guys can help.
Bought a new Dell, using Windows XP IE6+

it worked fine for a few months i downloaded all sorts of stuff etc. then one day i tried to listen to my internet radio etc and this is the error i rescieved.

Your current security settings prohibit running activex controllers on this page. As a result your page may not work correctly.

K now im not a noob when it comes to computers so i did all the usual stuff. checked my Security settings,,, well it was fine. reinstalled IE6, didnt work, hmm tried to call microsoft up, coulnt get ahold of them cause they are so freaking lazy.

I cannot access any page with activeX controllers anymore, and lots of sites i go too like while trying to sign in to Hotmail.com, bankofamerica.com, sites like these where u write ur ID and password the page just goes to the Cannot display page.

plz help this thing is a total bitch..

I disable ActiveX permanently. Hotmail doesn't need it. Windows Update does.

Double check your security settings and enable ActiveX. Check if websites are placed in the trusted/restricted zones whatever. Restart IE! as well.

Or just get Mozilla instead
