Hi, I am really new here. I would like to know what type of files can be played by a regular cd player.
I am pretty sure .wav is one of them. Are there any others? thanks!

You mean regular CD players (not CDroms)? I'm pretty sure that .wav files are the only ones. CD+G / karaoke graphics tracks have the video information encoded right in the .wav for those types of players...and some players have the capability to play .mp3 files.
