Have been using IM for over 2 years with never a problem like this one. I've done system restore, have uninstalled, deleted bin, reinstalled IM, updated DirectX9 from Windows Update, ran virus scan, ran adaware...always do lots of maintenance and delete temp files a few times a day. I'm at a loss... What would keep a program from opening? I'm having NO other problems with my PC. I'm so confuzzled... Any ideas? Thanks!!
