fatal exeption OE while trying to run VGS

Hi,can you somehow help me with this: "A fatal exeption has occured at OE 0028:D49FFC3F in VXD _Linz576(01) + 0051F
The current application will be terminated" This error occures when I try to run Connectix Virtual Game Station. I`m trying to start VGS then the monitor turns off then on and I get the fatal exception.
I recently have reinstaled Win98, before that VGS worked fine, I`ve checked DirectX and get newest drivers for nVidia TNT2,so I really have no clue what`s wrong.
I tried reinstaling software and in didn`t help either. Any help would be really appreciated. Kate

Kate, This error means that it can not start a particular driver. Have you got the latest drivers for your graphics or sound cards? Also check the Screen resolution make sure that this is compatible with the game, also how did you re-install Windows 98?? Did you delete Windows off ya drive before re-installing? or did you re-install over the top? Dave,

Dave, Yes, I`ve got the newest driver for graphic card, but not for sound, I`ll get that too.
Second I`ve made a format on HDD, so re-installing isn`t good word, it was installing on empty drive, but on old drive (before format, not another) it worked fine, so it`s not foult of software.
Well and there`s one thing you wrote, and I didn`t pay on this attention at all. Screen resolution, maybe there`s problem I`ll check that too. Thanks for help...for now :) Kate

Same goes for me.
Apparently, re-installing your OS causes it not to work properly. Strange.

This condition also happen to my computer .. i also have re-install windows 98 SE . so what's the problem with my computer. why it cannot load VGS. VXD_Linz576(01) this keep coming out ? which screen resolutions should i pick ...

i can open my play station emulator ,when i execute it there apears a blue screen whit this error:

When I click on VGS.EXE, after a dark screen,appear this message: _Linz576(01) + 0051f errore: OE: 0028 : CFF4EBAF. Help me,please! Pay attention: the mean of "errore" is "mistake".
