CPU Cooler freezes at start up

i installed cpucooler and set it to load at startup and now everytime i login my name it freezes (when cpucooler starts up) ANY IDEA's ON HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!

See if you can get into Safemode to uninstall the program. Donna
