reduced screen size instead of full screen

My opening page to the internet opens in a reduced size. I don't know what happened, it used to open in full screen size. I can open to full screen, but I never used to have to. Please tell me how to change it back so that it will open in full screen size. Thank you. Mary

Open your web page, take your mouse and put it along the edges and pull it to the size you want it to be. Once that is done, go to file and click on close. Next time you open it will be proper size. Donna
