someone help me please?(Inactive for 7+ days) Options

i have no idea what it is or where its from as i havent downloaded anything recent or opened any mail or used any cds usbs harddrives etc on my computer.it was working fine the day beforeit started to act up. basically:

my computer will stop responding about a couple seconds after start up, whatever programme im on that i manage to get onto within a minute it jus freezes or stops responding, from the beginning of start up i cannot go onto my start menu task bar because it shows the sand timer icon, i also cannot open up task manager.

i managed to use my computer on safe mode, did a virus scan and 5 came up, 3 were able to be deleted whereas two similar ones werent able to be deleted as it said it was password protected?
the files looked like this:

c:\drivers\mcdbf\source1\
other.exe1.bioslock.exe


i did go onto drivers but the files were not there even with hidden folders on show. i cant find them. i am currently scanning it using malware bytes anti-malware and microsoft windows malicious software tool.

i also (before i found out i had a virus) put some files on my computer onto a harddrive i have, does that mean its infected too? i dont wanna delete anything on there coz its all my photos its everything backed up, anyhelp please?
